ARVELLO ("ARVELLO", "we", "us") sells decorative interior materials and is based in Skopje, North Macedonia. This policy applies to the website at arvello.mk and describes what personal data we collect through it, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

02Information we collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit our contact form, we collect your full name and email address, and any phone number, type of space, product interest, or message you choose to include. All of these fields are entered by you — we don't pre-fill or infer them.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server automatically records standard technical information for each request, such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of the visit. This is ordinary web server log data used for security and troubleshooting — it is not used to build advertising profiles or to track you across other websites.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (such as health or financial information) through this website. Please avoid including this kind of detail in the contact form.

03How we use it

We use the information submitted through the contact form to:

• respond to your enquiry and discuss the materials or project you asked about;
• keep a record of business correspondence;
• maintain and improve the security and performance of this website.

We do not use your contact details for marketing emails unless you separately ask us to, and we do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Where the Macedonian Law on Personal Data Protection or the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to our processing, we rely on:

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• service providers who help us run this website and respond to enquiries — for example, our web hosting provider and email service — who are only permitted to use your data to provide that service to us;
• authorities, where required by law.

We do not share contact form details with advertising or analytics networks — we don't currently use any.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and to maintain a record of business correspondence, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time — see "Your rights" below.

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• ask what personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data;
• object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing;

This website does not currently use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking — the only third-party resource we load is Google Fonts, for correct display of typefaces. Full details, including what would change if that ever changes, are in our dedicated Cookie Policy.

09Children's privacy

This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — for example, if we add new features or tools to the website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
